REFUNDS
All items are eligible for return for refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please ship your item back to me at:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your credit account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items may NOT be returned for refund or exchange.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date. To exchange your item, send me an email at info@carolwhite.ca and mail your item in a bubble envelope to: Carol White Fine Art & Stationery

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards may only be refunded if unused. Once the code on the Gift Card has been entered into the system through a purchase, it is no longer valid for refund.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
